Easy to use, easy on the eyes. Gets the job done well.

This is my favorite iPhone ride tracking app. The recent update to version 1.5.2 (finally) added support for the Scosche Rhythm+ Heart Rate monitor, which is the best non-cheststrap HR monitor currently available, far better than inaccurate wrist sensor units. Hopefully version 1.6.0 doesnt break that again! Note to potential RWGPS subscribers: Skip the $3.99/7 day in-app Basic membership option and instead go to their website to sign up for the $6/month Basic or $10/month Premium memberships (with better savings for annual subscriptions.) If the upgrade-only features are useful to you, those are a much better deal. UPDATE: The release notes for version 1.6.0 claim there are "more subscription options" for in-app purchases, but after this latest release the only option continues to be the terrible value of Basic at $3.99 for 7 days. Docked one star for claiming this was addressed without actually addressing it. :-(

This APP is a must have for any cyclist looking to record and navigate bike rides. I use it multiple times a week both on and off the grid. I download routes and maps I created using the site and record all my rides. Highly recommend any cyclist to check it out.

All i suggest is to add a hybrid option to the map. Other wise, i love this app!

This is a great tool for cyclists. The route mapping feature is terrific and the riding directions are indispensable. I never ride without it anymore. The only issue I have is that it wont work properly with my Wahoo RPM speed sensor.

In combination with the website, which is the best tool out there for planning or finding a route, this app is all you need for touring. Select tour route, hit ride, put it in your pocket, and the mechanical lady will tell you when to turn. If you get off route pull out your phone and look at the excellent open cycle map. If you want a on handlebar display buy a Wahoo and they will link through Bluetooth. When youre touring you can plan routes really well on an iPad mini and then they are automatically on your phone app and you can download all the maps for a route so it keeps working when youre out in the middle of nowhere and there is no signal. And at least on a plus the battery drain is minimal. Highly recommended.

Ive tried the top three and this one is the best. Creating rides and following them is easy. Finding rides from my local club or other riders is key. Ive discovered some great routes through this app and RideWithGPS guides me through the ride.

Need attention on some details like metrics and sometimes the gps just dont work well and simply stops your ride, but its on the beginning. Work hard to get perfection team RWGPS, Im counting on you.

Gents, I really do like your website and your mobile app … however, the speech output is horrible. My phone uses German as interface language. The speech output comes as a box of German and English, with the most horrible German accent. Almost comical. Sounds to me as if you are feeding a text-to-speech engine that is expecting German input with English. Should be an easy fix right?

Love the app. Had a small issue with crashing at first, but one email and they fixed the bug within a day! So far it works beautifully. Will play with it more and find all the features packed in this thing. Thanks guys!

It says developped for iphone and ipad but is not compatible with ipad!!! Is it coming soon, or is there no plan for ipad?

Reliable and feature packed, without extra nonsense. Tremendous app, highly recommended.

Ive been using the app for over a month, I logged about 400kms so far. Its been flawless since day 1. Im using it with a Wahoo Bluesc to get cadence and reliable speed metrics (instant speed readings are not very accurate without it). Gps directions have been invaluable while exploring new paths, and when riding in groups. The customizable ui shows you just what you need. The web site is the best mapping tool Ive ever seen, how did they manage to make it better than Googles? It really is perfect for me. If you have a smart phone there really is not much need to buy another gps unit like garmin, use the one in your phone and save the money. The only downside is phone battery life. I can get about 2 hours of riding with cell data off, on my 2 year old iPhone 5. This means I need to carry an extra portable charger on longer rides. Ill probably find a way to permanently connect one to my mount at some point.

This app is useless without a paid subscription. Unfortunately it costs $5 for 7 days access. No options for reduced cost for monthly or annual access. Anyone else find this ridiculous. Didnt bother. Just deleted.

Excellent app! Gives lots of good ride info even in the free version. Highly recommend it. I use it to track my mountain bike trips and find it invaluable.

I gotta say this apps is great. It is user friendly, customizable, and very accurate. The only thing I found it missing is the MAX SPEED display.

Turn by turn is the best feature I have ever used, hope the UI could be designed better!

So the website is ok. But the app has no ant+ support and if you want the turn by turn navigation you need to pay 4 bux for 7 days. I was hoping to at least see the cue sheet but nope. There are better apps out there.

Nice features, but you can upgrade for 7 days? Then what? Every time you need to download a route you have to upgrade again. Poor model for users. Just provide a way to pay and unlock all features without expiration and you may get more people to buy.
